The parties request that the Case Management Conference take place after mediation is completed to conserve time, money and resources of the Court and the parties. If the case settles on July 7, 2010, then it will be unnecessary for the parties to attend the Case Management Conference. To that end, the parties request that the Case Management Conference currently scheduled to take place before the mediation be moved to a date after the mediation has taken place. SO STIPULATED.
