Thereafter, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause Re: Default against Defendant for January 13, 2005. The Court further ordered DIRECTV to submit a Statement of Expenses incurred in attending the Case Management Conference. As set forth in the Declaration of Joshua A. Gratch, filed concurrently herewith, DIRECTV incurred a total of $560.00 in attorney's fees and costs to attend the Case Management Conference on December 21, 2004. (Declaration of Joshua A. Gratch, ¶ 5).
