Defendants Gallegos, Medina, and Variz (Defendants) have filed a request for an extension

oftime oftime of fourteen days days, up to and including, September 14, 2011, in which to file a

reply to Plaintiff James Lucius Oliver's opposition to Defendants' dispositive motion. This Court

has reviewed Defendants' request and the declaration of Brendan M. Kenny, and finds good

cause to GRANT the request. Accordingly, Defendants have up to and including September 14,

2011 to file a reply to Oliver's opposition to Defendants' dispositive motion.
