This Stipulation is entered into between Plaintiff ERIN S. PEARCE ("Plaintiff") and Defendant COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. (erroneously sued as Bank of America Home Loans) ("Defendant"). Plaintiff and Defendant participated in a mediation conference on November 16, 2010. A further mediation conference will occur on January 18, 2011. As such, Plaintiff and Defendant, through their respective counsel of record, agree and jointly request that case management conference currently set for December 3, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. be continued until January 28, 2011 at 10:30 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the Conference may be held.
