Trumbull for a Further Case Management Conference. Defense counsel failed to appear. The court continued the Case Management Conference to March 30, 2010. On March 19, 2010, the parties filed, and the court issued a stipulation and order selecting mediation, with the mediation to be held within 90 days of that order. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Case Management Conference is CONTINUED to June 29, 2010. The parties shall file a Joint Case Management Conference Statement no later than June 22, 2010.
