On remand, the Appeals Council will instruct the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) to take the following actions: The ALJ will grant Plaintiff a new hearing, and Plaintiff may submit new evidence. The ALJ will conduct a de novo review of the evidence, including Plaintiff's subjective complaint testimony and the medical evidence. Furthermore, the ALJ will obtain the testimony of a medical expert to review the medical evidence relating to the period prior to March 30, 2006, and provide guidance regarding the nature and severity of Plaintiff's impairments and Plaintiff's date of onset. -1- 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 The parties further request that the Clerk of the Court be directed to enter a final judgment in favor of Plaintiff, and against Defendant, Commissioner of Social Security, reversing the final decision of the Commissioner.
