ORDER REQUESTING AMENDED PROPOSED ORDER RE: PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF CLASS SETTLEMENT re 61 Order. Upon review, the Court finds the parties' submission insufficient, as the parties have failed to identify a Claims Administrator. Thus, on or bef ore December 15, 2010 at 12 p.m., the parties shall submit an Amended Proposed Order for Preliminary Approval that includes the name of theirelected Claims Administrator. Further, the Court finds that the parties' proposed date for the Final Fai rness Hearing comports with the Court's calendar.
