Thus, on or bef ore December 15, 2010 at 12 p.m., the parties shall submit an Amended Proposed Order for Preliminary Approval that includes the name of theirelected Claims Administrator. Further, the Court finds that the parties' proposed date for the Final Fai rness Hearing comports with the Court's calendar. On November 19, 2010, the parties submitted their Motion for Preliminary Approval of Class Settlement. (See Docket Item No. 59.) Upon review, the Court finds the parties' submission insufficient, as the parties have failed to identify a Claims Administrator. Thus, on or before December 15, 2010 at 12 p.m., the parties shall submit an Amended Proposed Order for Preliminary Approval that includes the name of their elected Claims Administrator.
