Defendant, in its opposition, agreed to dedesignate 12 of these documents. It continued to press, however, to keep the remaining seven confidential. The parties have since had further discussions and Defendant has agreed to dedesignate the remaining seven documents so long as certain, agreed-upon information in those documents is redacted. With this agreement, Plaintiffs withdraw their motion (Dkt. 133) pursuant to Local Civil Rule 7-7(e). Dated: June 10, 2010.
