The parties will participate in a mediation scheduled for April 19, 2012, of all

claims in the above-captioned case

The parties would like the opportunity to focus their energies and resources to

prepare for the mediation and successfully effectuate any settlement that may result. Therefore,

the parties have agreed, subject to the Court’s approval, to stay all proceedings until thirty (30)

days after the mediation and to reset the deadlines set forth in the Court’s January 31, 2012,
