RE-NOTICE OF MOTION TO ALL PARTIES AND THEIR COUNSEL OF RECORD: On February 22, 2010, Plaintiffs filed a motion for preliminary injunction and noticed a hearing for May 3, 2010 before Judge Ware. On March 19, 2010, the Court issued an order re-assigning this case to Judge Seeborg. The order vacated current motion hearings and required the moving party to re-notice them. Plaintiffs now give notice that they will present the motion for preliminary injunction on April 29, 2010, at 1:30 p.m., or as soon as the Court directs, before the Honorable Richard Seeborg, presiding in Courtroom 3, 17th Floor, of the above-named court located at 450 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, California 94102. To support their motion, Plaintiffs rely on the Memorandum of Points and Authorities, the declarations of Michael Arrington and David S. Bloch, and Proposed Order filed with the Court on February 22, 2010, and they will rely upon the other pleadings and papers filed in the case, the proceedings at oral argument, and any other matter that the Court deems appropriate.
