("defendant" or "FG"). Defendant requests to have its motion heard on April 7, 2010. In support of the motion to shorten time, defendant states that plaintiff Interserve, Inc. doing business as TechCrunch has produced only a few hundred responsive documents and that its opposition to the motion for preliminary injunction is due on April 15, 2010. ("plaintiff" or TechCrunch"). In addition, defendant states that the scant production will prejudice its ability to take a Rule 30(b)(6) deposition. Civil L.R. 6-3 requires the moving party to "identif[y] the substantial harm or prejudice that would occur if the Court did not change the time." Having reviewed the papers and considered the arguments of counsel, defendant's ORDER, page 1 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 motion is granted.1 The hearing shall be held on April 9, 2010 at 10AM in Courtroom 5. Plaintiff TechCrunch shall file its opposition no later than April 7, 2010 at 5PM and defendant shall file a reply, if any, no later than April 8, 2010 at 2PM. IT IS SO ORDERED.
