Pursuant to Civil Local Rule 79-5, Defendant Fusion Garage PTE, Ltd. hereby moves to
2 provisionally file under seal the April 20, 2010 deposition transcript of Plaintiff TechCrunch's 3 30(b)(6) witness. This deposition transcript is Exhibit A to the Declaration of Patrick Doolittle in 4 Support of Fusion Garage's Motion to Remove Confidentiality Designation. Fusion Garage does 5 not believe that the deposition transcript qualifies as highly confidential material that should be 6 sealed. However, at the deposition, TechCrunch's counsel provisionally designated the entire 7 transcript as Highly Confidential - Attorneys' Eyes Only, and therefore Fusion Garage must 8 maintain this level of confidentiality over the transcript until the Court rules on Fusion Garage's 9 Motion to Remove Confidentiality Designation. 10 In accordance with the declaration requirement of Rule 79-6, Fusion Garage respectfully
