Pursuant to the Court's May 7, 2010 Order Granting Defendant's Motion to Dismiss with Prejudice, judgment is entered in favor of Defendants Santa Clara County, Santa Clara County Department of Family and Children's Services, and Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office, against Plaintiffs Kimberly Illig and Kristin Winant as to the cause of action for violation of civil rights under 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Each party shall bear their own fees and costs. The Clerk shall close this file.
