My name is Ryan T. Mrazik, and I am an attorney representing Facebook, Inc.

("Facebook"). I make this declaration based upon personal knowledge and am competent to testify to the facts set forth herein. 2. I received a telephone call on June 30, 2010, from a family member of the witness

who was concerned about the disclosure of the witness's personal information that was contained in the Sheriff Report and included in Exhibit D to the Declaration of Ryan T. Mrazik in Support of Plaintiff Facebook Inc.'s Administrative Request for Order Directing Release of computer. 3. The family member informed me that there were concerns for the family's privacy

and safety and requested that Facebook withdraw the previously submitted exhibit and replace it with a copy that redacts the witness's first name, year of birth, driver's license number, address and telephone number.
