Upon Consideration of Plaintiff Facebook, Inc.'s ("Facebook") Motion To Remove Electronic Docket Entry 58-4 and File Exhibit D to the Declaration of Ryan T. Mrazik In Support of Plaintiff Facebook Inc.'s Administrative Request For Order Directing Release of Computer Under Seal, the authorities provided therein, and the supporting Declaration of Ryan T. Mrazik, the Court finds there to be good cause for granting Facebook's request to file under seal the sections marked for redaction in the document submitted as the replacement for Docket Entry 58 -4. GOOD CAUSE having been shown, the Court finds that the confidential and personal information related to the witness who filed Sacramento Sheriff Department Report No. NE 2010-0093541 overrides the right of public access to the redacted information. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Facebook's Motion to Remove Electronic Docket Entry 58-4 and to File Exhibit D to The Declaration of Ryan T. Mrazik in Support of Plaintiff Facebook Inc.'s Administrative Request For An Order Directing Release of Computer Under Seal is GRANTED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall file under seal the originally filed copy of Docket Entry 58-4, keeping those documents from public inspection in accordance with the procedure set forth in LR 79-5(f). The Court shall further accept for filing the redacted versions of the above-referenced documents, making those redacted versions of the documents available for public inspection.
