The Release states in part 22 that “The court shall retain jurisdiction of the Litigation to enforce provisions and to resolve 23 disputes arising hereunder as may be appropriate or necessary for the construction and 24 execution of this Release thereon, and this Release shall either be an exhibit to the dismissal of 25 the action or incorporated by reference into the dismissal as if set forth in full.” The Release is 26 incorporated by reference herein as if set forth in full. 27 28 LAW OFFICE OF JULIE A.
