Presently before the Court is the Parties’ Joint Stipulated Request for an Order Amending the
16

Case Schedule.1 The parties represent to the Court that a settlement has been agreed upon in

17
principle, and request additional time to finalize the terms of such a settlement. (Id. at 2-3.)

Upon review, the Court finds goods cause to amend the case schedule to allow the parties to
19
continue their settlement efforts. However, the Court does not find good cause to delay the hearing
20
on Motions to Exclude Expert Testimony currently scheduled for October 31, 2011.
21
Accordingly, the Court GRANTS in part the parties’ Stipulated Request, and adopts all
22
proposed dates, except as to the October 31 hearing. The parties shall comply with the modified
23
schedule as follows:
