Chen in this case on March 24, 2009. The audio recording submitted also includes 19 the initial hearing regarding detention, held on the same date as Mr. Conte's initial appearance, 20 March 20, 2009. The audio recording was provided to the undersigned counsel by the Office of 21 the Clerk of the Northern District of California on this date, March 26, 2009. At present, defense 22 counsel has no copy for himself or for government counsel, as copying of magistrate court 23 hearings requires custom software. He has left a message with the Clerk's Office requesting 24 additional copies and will forward one to government counsel upon receipt. 25 26
