I, Brian Stoler, declare: 1. I am employed by Google Inc. ("Google") and hold the position of Software

Engineer. I make this declaration based upon my personal knowledge, and I am competent to testify to its contents. 2. I supervised Google's effort to send the email attached as Exhibit 1 to all Gmail

users that Google could reasonably identify as residing in the United States. The email included a hypertext link to the website www.BuzzClassAction.com. Google sent the emails on November 2, 2010. I declare under penalty of perjury under the laws of the state of California that the foregoing is true and correct.
