Meet and confer re: initial disclosures, early settlement, ADR process selection, and discovery plan; b. File ADR Certification signed by Parties and Counsel; and c. File either Stipulation to ADR Process or Notice of Need for ADR Phone Conference; 2. June 8, 2010 ­ Last day to file Rule 26(f) Report, complete initial disclosures or state objection in Rule 26(f) Report; 3. 4. June 8, 2010 ­ Last day to file Joint Case Management Statement; and June 15, 2010 ­ Initial Case Management Conference. WHEREAS, on May 5, 2010, Defendants filed a motion to dismiss Plaintiffs' complaint pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6); WHEREAS, on May 6, 2010, the Clerk of the Court issued a Notice of Impending Reassignment to a United States District Judge, and continued the date of the Initial Case Management Conference to June 18, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. before the Honorable Judge Jeremy Fogel, and directed the Parties to submit a Joint Case Management State on June 8, 2010; WHEREAS, on May 7, 2010, the Court issued a Reassignment Order that reassigned this case to the Honorable Judge Jeremy Fogel for all further proceedings, vacated the hearing date for Defendants' pending motion to dismiss, and directed the Parties to renotice a new hearing date before Judge Fogel; /// CASE NO.
