After considering the Motion, the papers in support of the Motion, and any papers filed by Plaintiffs in connection with the Motion, and finding good cause therefore, the Motion is hereby GRANTED. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Facebook shall have until, and including, December 10, 2010 to answer, move to dismiss, or otherwise respond to Plaintiffs' Consolidated Class Action Complaint, without prejudice to further extension upon a showing of good cause.
