CV 10-02408 JF-HRL 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 COOLEY LLP A T T O R N E Y S A T LAW S A N FR A N C I S C O WHEREAS, Plaintiff filed the Complaint in the above-entitled action in the United States District Court, Northern District of California, San Jose Division, on June 1, 2010; WHEREAS, Plaintiff served the Complaint on Facebook on June 2, 2010; WHEREAS, the current deadline for Facebook to answer, move to dismiss, or otherwise respond to the Complaint is July 12, 2010; WHEREAS, under Civil Local Rule 6-1(a), parties may stipulate in writing, without a Court order, to extend the time within which to answer, move to dismiss, or otherwise respond to the Complaint; and WHEREAS, extending the date for Facebook to answer, move to dismiss, or otherwise respond to the complaint to and including July 30, 2010 will not alter the date of any event or deadline already fixed by Court order; NOW, THEREFORE, the Parties hereby stipulate and agree as follows: 1.
