This is a wage and hour case filed on June 8, 2010. 17 2. The Summons and Complaint were served on July 16, 2010; and Defendant's responsive 18 pleading is due on August 6, 2010. 19 3. 20 21 22 23 24 25 However, given the nature of the case, parties are willing to explore the possibility of early settlement before spending substantial attorney time in litigation. 4. 5. Parties have already filed their stipulation selecting Court sponsored mediation. Parties request that this Court refer this case to the ADR program to have the mediation completed with 90 days. 6. Parties also stipulate that Defendant should have an extension to respond to the Complaint until December 1, 2010, when the ADR process is completed. 1 Jose Santiago v. Parties further stipulate and request that the Court continue the Initial Case Management Conference currently set for August 31, 2010 to December 14, 2010. The Last day to file the Rule 26(f) Report, complete initial disclosures and file the Case Management Statement shall be continued accordingly. 8. To facilitate the settlement discussions, the parties stipulate that the Court allow parties to conduct limited written discoveries concerning the Plaintiffs' wage and hours worked, prior to the Rule 26(f) conference.
