Having failed to show good cause, it is ORDERED that both motions shall be DENIED. Defendants must respond to Plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction by August 13, 2010 as agreed to in the parties joint stipulation [dkt. #20] and as required by the July 21, 2010 Order adopting the joint stipulation [dkt. #23]. Pursuant to the joint stipulation and the July 21, 2010 Order, Plaintiff has waived its right to file a reply. Plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction [dkt. #15] remains set for hearing on Thursday, August 26, 2010 at 1:30 PM.
