On May 25, 2012, this Court entered a judgment in favor of Plaintiffs.

Pursuant to Civil Local Rule 54-4 & 54-5, Plaintiffs have 14 days after the date of

the judgment in which to file motion for attorney’s fees and bill of costs.
3.

On June 7, 2012, Defendants filed a motion to set aside the judgment scheduled

for a hearing on October 4, 2012.
4.

While believing the motion meritless, out of abundances of caution, Plaintiffs

request that they be granted an extension to file their motion for attorney fees and bill of costs in
30 days after the court denies Defendants’ motion to set aside judgment.
