WHEREAS counsel for Plaintiff Oscar Madrigal Sencion ("Plaintiff'), Defendant Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc., ("Saxon") and Defendant Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC ("Ocwen"), met and conferred regarding the March 31, 2011 settlement conference deadline;

WHEREAS Plaintiff has indicated he intends to submit financial and other documents to

Ocwen for Ocwen' s review;

WHEREAS Gcwen will require 30 - 45 days to review Plaintiffs documents after receipt; WHEREAS Defendant Deutsche Bank National Trust Company has recently been added to the Second Amended Complaint; and WHEREAS the parties believe that a settlement conference would be unlikely to result in

a settlement until the above issues are addressed:

NOW, THEREfORE, the Parties stipulate and agree as follows:
