(“eBay”). Dkt. 99. Subsequently, Tricome mailed a 23 motion for reconsideration to chambers, along with supporting documentation. However, 24 motion papers must be filed with the Clerk of the Court and may not be submitted to chambers 25 directly. See Civ.
