On January 31, 2011, the Court dismissed the complaint with leave to amend within thirty days of the order. (See Docket No. 7.) Plaintiff has filed a request for an extension of 90 days to do so. (Docket No. 8.) Good cause appearing, the motion is GRANTED IN PART such that Plaintiff is granted an extension of 60 days. Plaintiff shall file an amended complaint, correcting the deficiencies discussed in the court order filed January 31, 2011, no later than May 1, 2011. The amended complaint must include the caption and civil case number used in this order and the words "AMENDED COMPLAINT" on the first page and write in the case number for this action, Case No. C 10-03217 JW ( PR). Because an amended complaint completely replaces the original complaint, plaintiff must include in it all the Order Granting Ext.
