ECF 16 No. 56. The parties have additionally requested that the Court continue the deadlines for the 17 parties to file their motions in limine and joint pretrial statement for ten days to permit the parties to 18 finalize their settlement agreement. Id. 19 By 5:00 p.m. on October 28, 2011, the parties shall file their stipulation of dismissal or, if 20 they are unable to do so, they shall file their motions in limine and pretrial conference statement at 21 that time. Additionally, if the parties are unable to file their stipulation of dismissal by October 28, 22 2011, the oppositions to the motions in limine will be due November 2, 2011.
