IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between the parties, through their

2 respective counsel, and subject to the approval of the Court, that each of the parties shall be
3 permitted to bring audio/visual equipment to the claim construction hearing on Thursday, May 3,
4 2012.

WHEREAS that equipment will include the following:

6

•

two video projectors,

7

•

two flat-panel video monitors,

8

•

two DaLite Projectostands (portable stands for projectors),

9

•

a 7.5’x10’ Fastfold projector screen (150” diagonal),

10

•

two Extron 6-in x 1-out VGA switches,

11

•

laptop computers; and

12

•

all of the required cables, adapters, extension cords, and surge protectors necessary to

13

operate audio/visual equipment.

The parties hereby request that the Court allow access to the courtroom for the set-up of such

15 equipment at 8:00 a.m. or as soon as possible thereafter on May 3, 2012, and use of such equipment
16 at the claim construction hearing beginning at 9:00 a.m. on that same day.
