Presently before the Court is Plaintiffs' Motion for Extension of Time to File Case Pursuant to Civil L.R. 6-3, Plaintiffs hereby request an Order extending the time for filing the Management Statement. (Docket Item No. 20.) Upon review, the Court does not find good Case Management Statement currently required to be submitted to the Court on September 3, cause to grant the Motion.
