Defendants moved under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(c) for a stay of discovery

20

pending the Court's ruling on Defendants' motion to dismiss, filed on May 5,2011. The Court

21

has reviewed Defendants' motion and all opposition papers, and GRANTS the motion because

22

Defendants have shown good cause.

Defendants requested that the Court stay discovery pending its ruling on Defendants'

24

motion to dismiss. Because this case will be dismissed if the Court grants Defendants' motion,

25

and because none of Frett's recently-served discovery requests concerns the issues raised in

26

Defendants' motion, all discovery, including discovery motions, is stayed until the Court rules on

27

the motion to dismiss.
