Defendant J. Diggle filed a request for extension of time, nunc pro tunc, up to and including

January 13, 2015, in which to file a dispositive motion.
The Court has read and considered Defendant’s request and the accompanying declaration

of counsel, and finds good cause exists to grant the request. Accordingly, Defendant’s request for

an extension of time is GRANTED. The time for Defendant to file a dispositive motion is

23

extended for sixty-days, up to and including January 13, 2015.
Plaintiff’s opposition to the dispositive motion shall be filed with the Court and served on

Defendant no later than twenty-eight (28) days from the date Defendant’s motion is filed.
