Defendants J. Diggle and G. Lewis filed a request for extension of time, up to and including

March 16, 2015, in which to file a dispositive motion.
The Court has read and considered Defendants’ request and the accompanying declaration
20

of counsel, and finds good cause exists to grant the request. Accordingly, Defendants’ request for
22
an extension of time is GRANTED. The time for Defendants to file a dispositive motion is
23
extended for sixty-two-days, up to and including March 16, 2015.
Plaintiff’s opposition to the dispositive motion shall be filed with the Court and served on
24

Defendants no later than twenty-eight (28) days from the date Defendants’ motion is filed.
