Plaintiff Fujitsu Limited hereby requests that its legal‐graphics provider, Fulcrum

2 Legal Graphics, be permitted to bring the following equipment into the Courthouse for use
3 during the Claim Construction Tutorial, scheduled for October 6, 2011 at 1:30 p.m., and the
4 Claim Construction Hearing, scheduled for October 14, 2011 at 1:30 p.m.:

2 laptop computers;

1 flat panel monitor;

Cables that support the above‐listed equipment; and
8
1 small folding table.
9 Fujitsu Limited will use this equipment with the projector and screen identified in
10 Defendants’ proposed order to bring equipment into the courthouse (Dkt. No. 182).
