Upon the application of Defendants and pursuant to Article 17 of the United States-Japan

Consular Convention, it is ORDERED that the depositions on notice of the following witnesses be taken

at the United States Consulate in Osaka-Kobe, Japan:

Yoshinori Kato of Fujitsu Limited, on an agreed-upon date during the period commencing on or about
21
March 12, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. and terminating on or about March 23, 2012 at 5:00 p.m., and to mark any

documentary exhibits in connection therewith.
