See Docket Item No. 54. The required content for the Joint Statement is outlined in 14 this court’s currently-effective Standing Order. See Standing Order re: Preliminary and Final 15 Pretrial Conferences and Trial Preparation in Civil Cases, at § I(B). 16 17 18 In its current form, the Joint Statement submitted by the parties does not comply with the Standing Order. Accordingly, the court orders as follows: 1. No later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 19, 2011, the parties shall file an 19 Amended Joint Preliminary Pretrial Conference Statement which complies with this 20 court’s Standing Order. 21 22 23 2.
