On June 14, 2013, the court ordered the parties to file a Joint Case Management Statement.
See Docket Item No. 61. The parties did so on June 28, 2013. See Docket Item No. 62.
Having reviewed the statement, the court finds that it does not comply with the Standing

Order for All Judges of the Northern District of California concerning the contents of a Joint Case
16
Management Statement. Specifically, the parties did not sufficiently address alternative dispute
17
resolution or provide a schedule as required.1 Accordingly, the court orders the parties to file an
18
Amended Joint Case Management Statement which complies with this District’s Standing Order on
19
or before July 12, 2013.

As to ADR, the Standing Order requires the parties to address “[p]rospects for settlement,
ADR efforts to date, and a specific ADR plan for the case, including compliance with ADR L.R. 3-5
and a description of key discovery or motions necessary to position the parties to negotiate a
resolution.” With regard to scheduling, the Standing Order requires proposed dates “for designation
of experts, discovery cutoff, hearing of dispositive motions, pretrial conference and trial.”
