Defendants have moved under Local Rule 79-5 to seal for seventy-five years portions of,

21

the declaration of D. Higgerson filed in support of Defendants’ summary-judgment motion and

22

certain attached documents. Defendants further requested an in camera review of these

23

documents. The Court has reviewed Defendants’ motion and the declaration filed in support and,

24

good cause appearing, GRANTS Defendants’ motion.

25

Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that Exhibits A, B, and D attached to the declaration of D.

26

Higgerson submitted in support of Defendants’ summary-judgment motion are to be filed under

27

seal in their entirety. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that paragraph seven of the declaration of D.

28

Higgerson submitted in support of Defendants’ summary-judgment motion be filed under seal.
