Having considered the stipulation, and good cause appearing, it is accordingly ORDERED that: (1) The Initial Case Management Conference scheduled for January 25, 2011 shall be continued until February 15, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. in Courtroom 5 of the above-captioned Court, located at 280 South 1st Street, San Jose, California 95113; and (2) All deadlines associated with the Initial Status Conference are hereby rescheduled based upon the February 15, 2011 date.
