Having considered Defendant Apple Inc.’s Motion to Stay Proceedings, the supporting

2

and opposing papers related to the Motion, and the arguments presented by counsel during the

3

hearing of the Motion, this Court FINDS that a stay of these proceedings will conserve judicial

4

resources and serve the interests of the parties.

5

For these reasons, and for good cause shown, this Court GRANTS Apple’s Motion. It is

6

hereby ORDERED that all proceedings in these actions are stayed pending resolution by the

7

United States Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation of the motion to transfer related actions to

8

the United States District Court for the Northern District of California for coordinated or

9

consolidated pretrial treatment pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §1407.
