Lloyd, United States Magistrate Judge, dated March 2, 2010 (the "Transcript") was brought before this Court. Upon consideration of this motion and the supporting declaration of Melissa H. Keyes filed therewith, the Court finds there to be good cause for granting Facebook's request to file the Transcript under seal. GOOD CAUSE having been shown, the Court finds that the Transcript contains references to material designated as "Highly Confidential Attorney's Eyes Only" under the protective order that has been entered in the case Leader Technologies, Inc. v. Facebook, Inc., Civil Action No. 08-862-JJF/LPS, currently pending in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. These references contain confidential business information and/or trade secret information which constitute "sealable" material within the meaning of Civil Local Rule 79-5(b). IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Facebook's Motion to File Under Seal Portions of the Transcript of Proceedings of the Official Electronic Sound Recording Before the Honorable Howard R. Lloyd, United States Magistrate Judge, Dated March 2, 2010 is GRANTED. IT IS SO ORDERED.
