WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE, et. al., 9 10 Defendant(s). For the Northern District of California United States District Court / 11 12 On December 12, 2011, this court issued an order dismissing Plaintiffs’ Complaint with 13 leave to amend. See Docket Item No. 36. The court provided Plaintiffs twenty-one (21) days from 14 the date of the order to file an amended complaint. To date, Plaintiffs have not filed an amended 15 complaint as directed. 16 Accordingly, the court hereby issues an order to show cause why this action should not be 17 dismissed for failure to prosecute. If Plaintiffs do not, by January 23, 2012, demonstrate good cause 18 in writing why this case should not be dismissed, the Court will dismiss the action with prejudice 19 pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(b).
