After the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation issues a Conditional Transfer Order with
respect to any tag-along cases, the undersigned will issue, and the parties in the instant case will
serve, an Order: (1) vacating the deadlines currently set in those tag-along cases, pending the
October 5, 2011 case management conference; (2) advising counsel in the tag-along cases of the
Case Management Order in these consolidated cases (Document Number 36 in Case Number 10cv-05878-LHK), and, specifically, the section on “Consolidation and Treatment of Subsequent
Actions;” and (3) requiring counsel to register for the Court’s electronic case filing (ECF) system
as soon as possible.
Counsel for the parties in the current actions represented that they would provide notice of
the September 8, 2011 motion hearing and October 5, 2011 case management conference to
counsel in those potential tag-along cases.
The Court anticipates resolving issues regarding the organization of Plaintiffs’ counsel at
the October 5, 2011 case management conference.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
