Plaintiffs Sealant Systems International Inc., and Accessories Marketing,

Inc. (collectively, "Plaintiffs") and Defendant TEK Global S.R.L. ("TEK") hereby

stipulate that Plaintiffs may file a Second Amended Complaint for (1) Declaratory

4

Relief and (2) Patent Infringement (the "Second Amended Complaint"), a copy of

5

which is attached hereto as Exhibit 1.

Plaintiffs and TEK hereby further stipulate that TEK's counsel

7

acknowledges and will accept service by email of the Second Amended Complaint on

8

behalf of both TEK and newly named defendant TEK Corporation ("TEK Corp.")

Plaintiffs and TEK hereby further stipulate that TEK and TEK Corp. will

10

respond to the Second Amended Complaint in the time allowed under the Federal

11

Rules of Civil Procedure.
