On March 1, 2011, Defendant Metrocities Mortgage LLC doing business as No Red Tape

Mortgage moved to dismiss. This case has been assigned to the undersigned magistrate judge.

Before the court takes any further action in the case, the court must determine whether or not all of

the parties who have appeared consent to magistrate judge jurisdiction by the undersigned, or

22

whether any of the parties request reassignment to a district judge. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that no later than May 9, 2011, each party shall file either a
