Defendant also requests leave to enter into 20 the record any other documents it discovers in Plaintiff’s allegedly untimely document production. 21 22 23 24 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendant’s motion to file the Davis transcript and attached exhibits is GRANTED. Additionally, Defendant may cite to these documents in its revised motion. 25 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant’s request for leave to file additional 26 documents as they are discovered is DENIED.
