WHEREAS, Plaintiff Apple Inc. and Defendants Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd., Samsung

Electronics America, Inc., and Samsung Telecommunications America, LLC (together with

Apple, “the Parties”) seek to use certain equipment and devices at the summary judgment motions

4

hearing on June 21, 2012;

NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED and agreed to by and between the
Parties that

1.

The Parties and their attorneys, paralegals, assistants and consultants may bring

8

laptop computers, remote controls for same, audio-visual projectors, laser pointers, projector

9

screens and carts, video distribution amplifiers, monitors, speakers, and various cables, cords and

10

power strips, A/B switches, samples of the products at issue in this litigation, and related

11

equipment into the courtroom for use at the summary judgment motions hearing on June 21,

12

2012;

2.

The Parties and their attorneys, paralegals, assistants and consultants may bring the

14

devices referenced in their motions for summary judgment, including prior art devices and the

15

accused products, into the courtroom for use at the summary judgment motions hearing on June

16

21, 2012; and

17

3.

Beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 21, 2012, the Parties may have access

18

to the courtroom to set up and test the above equipment so that the Parties will be prepared to

19

proceed with the hearing as scheduled.
