Samsung has filed a motion seeking leave to supplement its invalidity contentions and a

motion to shorten time for briefing and hearing on its motion to supplement its invalidity

contentions. Having considered the arguments of the parties and the papers submitted,

Samsung’s Motion to Shorten Time is DENIED. The following briefing schedule is adopted:

Apple may file a response by February 9, 2012.

Samsung may not file a reply.

The Court will attempt to resolve the issues on the papers without a hearing.
