Boston states that he intends to avail himself of the resources 19 available at the Federal Legal Assistance Self-Help Center and ease of access to a law library in the 20 same building would be more convenient for him. Having reviewed the request, 21 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Boston’s request for access to the law library of the federal 22 courthouse, which is located in a secure area of the courthouse and not usually open to the public, is 23 DENIED. Instead, Boston should take advantage of the resources available to him through the Santa 24 Clara County Law Library, located at 360 North First St., San Jose, CA 95113. That library has 25 more flexible hours and is better equipped than the courthouse law library to 26 27 28 ORDER, page 1 1 2 3 work with pro se litigants. IT IS SO ORDERED.
